5) Calvin Johnson: Detroit Lions wide receiver Johnson should be number one, but since he plays for the worst team in NFL history, I'd bet that Calvin is just fine being the on the list at all. Johnson has played with all his heart this season, but it just seemed that it was not to be for him or the Lions to win a game. Even though he played for the win-less Lions, Calvin finished out the season with 1,331 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns.
4) Brandon Marshall: Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon alone with Jay Cutler, Lead the Broncos to the Divisional game Sunday, only to have their shot at winning their division stopped short. Brandon finished out the season with 1,265 receiving yards and only 6 touchdowns.
3) Steve Smith: Carolina Panthers wide receiver Smith has been the dominant force in Carolina this season, even though he was suspended for two games earlier this season. Steve has helped lead the Panthers to a (12-4) season. Smith ended the regular season with 1,421 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns.
2) Larry Fitzgerald: Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry is Kurt Warner's go to guy, and it seems that larry was gone to quite a lot. just in week 17 win over the Seahawks, Larry had 130 yards and 2 touchdowns. Fitzgerald finished out the regular season with 1,431 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns. This alone is why Larry is listed as the number two receiver.
1) Andre Johnson: Houston Texans wide receiver Andre just like Calvin Johnson is on one of the not so great teams, so maybe that is why they both are in the top five. Johnson has helped get the Texans to their (8-8) season, but once again is out shined by other well known players around the NFL. Andre finished the season with 1,575 receiving yards and 8 touchdown. so it's no wonder why he is ranked as the number one receiver.
