Magnificent Moss and his #81 jersey
Randy Moss has been an elite receiver ever since the Minnesota Vikings drafted him 21rst overall in the 1998 NFL draft. His leaping ability and his height, make him a daily nightmare for defensive coordinators throughout the league. Many knew he would be a star even from his playing days as a collegiate athlete at Marshall University.
Even though he was traded in 2005 to the Oakland Raiders, he continued to be a fan favorite. He didn`t stop setting records for receiving, which made people want his #81 NFL jersey even more.
He is now behaving good in a New England Patriot jersey, which easily delights all Patriot fans just fine. Since he is a top receiver every year in the NFL, it`s no wonder why so many NFL fans in general wear his #81 Patriots jersey.
Moss will one day be inducted into the Hall of Fame and go down as one of the greatest receivers ever to suit up. His sewn on or screen printed jersey can be found on any of these three teams. I personally like the original purple and gold Vikings jersey.
However, the Patriots and the black and silver Raiders jersey of his isn`t far behind. Just to own a Moss jersey puts you in a class of your own. Most fans know that he is the best current receiver in the league right now. Even after ten years in the league, how many receivers can say that?
