What more can be said about this football legend form Notre Dame? He knew how to win better than any quarterback in NFL history in my opinion. Montana finished his career with 273 touchdowns and over 40,000 yards passing. It helped that he had star receivers like Jerry Rice, Dwight Clark, and John Taylor there to support him. 

At home or away, Montana is considered the best quarterback in NFL history and that`s one of many reasons why he knew how to win in the NFL. Even though he finished his NFL career in a #19 Kansas City Chiefs jersey, he will forever be remembered as a 49er.   

He will also be remembered as one of the most clutch quarterbacks in the history of the NFL. He made throws to his receivers when there was no room to throw. It was all in a days work for #16.
